- January 2026: we launched versions of the EA repository of content in French.
- December 2025: we launched versions of the EA repository of content in Italian, Japanese, Korean and Turkish.
- November 2025: we translated the appendices of If Anyone Builds It, Everyone Dies into Italian, Russian, and Spanish. They will appear on the book’s website when the corresponding book translations are published.
- July 2025: we translated AI 2027 into French, Italian, and Spanish. We are waiting for Lightcone Infrastructure to publish the translations on their website.
- June 2025: we launched a beta version of EA International.
- March 2025: we launched a stable version of Altruismo Eficaz.
- January 2025: we received a grant from Open Philanthropy to support our work for the next 24 months.
- December 2024: since resuming our activities, we have expanded our language coverage to include Arabic, Korean, and Japanese. We will publish dedicated websites for each of these languages in due course.
- September 2024: we have paused our activities until mid-October.
- July 2024: we launched a beta version of Altruismo Eficaz, a comprehensive repository of Spanish translations of key readings in effective altruism.
- June 2024: we published utilitarismo.net, the Spanish translation of an online introduction to modern utilitarianism by Richard Yetter Chappell, Darius Meissner and William MacAskill.
- May 2024: in collaboration with Laura González Salmerón and Pablo Melchor, we launched La bisagra de la historia, a podcast that interviews Spanish-speaking experts working on some of the most important problems of the century.
- April 2024: we published a stable version of this website.
